It's about organic courgettes
I cut the organic courgettes and fried them in a little olive oil of excellent quality. Everything smelled like fish !!!
How do you explain this? Do you add fish fertilizer to organic vegetables?

This fishy smell has happened to me too, especially when using olive oil and vegetables. I think it has less to do with freshness or quality than with my nose (or other noses that don't like the smell of fish). Smells are difficult to describe and not everyone perceives them in the same way. Nothing against olive oil, there are other good oils, I'll give it a try. Thanks for the tip (which confirms my experience).
