I'm super grateful that there are gluten-free products in Migros, but the Zöpflis don't really taste like a Butterzopf, for example. But they are not bad!

I have a bread recipe without eggs/butter (quick to dry), modified, in no time at all I have plaited bread without the sometimes strange ingredients. Frozen in slices, quickly defrosted and still delicious. You can even make Zopf Tierli (hedgehogs, muesli) from it. It is practically 1:1 the same as the standard plait. With butter and honey jam jammm... The Aha variant is also an option, but it dries out quickly. If it's so easy to do privately, why can't it be done in the aha development?
