Hello, you changed the packaging of your Zoé Ultrasensitive anti-aging skin care products several months ago. But have you also changed the composition of the products? Because the new creams "heat up" my face and I get red, which didn't happen to me before. Thank you for your reply.

As some ingredients have been changed, it is quite possible that you are now allergic to them. Perhaps the ph Balance products would suit you better. They also contain very mild components.
