Why are the lemon tartlets no longer available in the Zurich area? I'm a big fan of them!

Thank you for your interest Tatie-Katie. Unfortunately, we do not have a recipe for the lemon tartlets that is suitable for baking at home. Unfortunately, we cannot pass on our recipes as they are geared towards industrial production. Even if you were to use the same ingredients, there would be differences in taste, as our tartlets are made in a 200 kg dough.
