The 200 mml container is too much and I use it when I run out of lemon. MMM Fribourg- Neuchâtel has a smaller bottle in the fish section (Sicilian lemon). Why isn't it available at MMM Aare-Soleure? 200 mml to use up in 5 days is impossible - it's a waste!

Unfortunately, we do not stock a smaller bottle of lemon concentrate than the 200ml.
Regarding the shelf life, we have contacted our supplier.
We do not usually recommend a time limit after opening as this depends on many factors, particularly how well the products are stored after opening and after each use.
If stored continuously in a cool place after opening, the product can be used for 2-3 weeks.
A sign that the product is getting ''older'' is a change in color of the juice towards light brown, which is a sign of oxidation.

If the fermentation was caused by the recipe, it would have occurred immediately and not 5-6 months after bottling.
