Can this detergent also be used for down (comforters)?
Hello Baloh, thank you for your inquiry. We have great news for you! The product is now also suitable for down. A corresponding label on the packaging draws attention to this fact: "Now also suitable for down". You will also find this information on the back of the mild detergent under "suitable for". We hope you find this information useful. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The white yvette has already been taken out of the range for the second time, is it coming back ? I loved it so much
Hello Enteli, thank you for your request. We are sorry that you are missing your favorite. When we checked with the relevant specialist department, it turned out that a return is unfortunately not planned. As an alternative, we recommend this mild detergent from Yvette. We hope you find our suggestion just as convincing! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is it possible for Migros to write on the packaging in German again? Please, Migros is doing more for Switzerland - you have taken up the cause - then please take more care of our language. It's really difficult for older people to understand what this detergent is for.
Hello LeLo, thank you for your suggestion. The packaging states in all three national languages what the product is suitable for. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I understand the idea behind it. But I (53) can't read the subheadline without reading glasses - and my mommy (84) certainly can't... and, I don't see the need or the benefit of the product name in English.

Hello Does this detergent contain enzymes? Wool baby diapers should always be washed with enzyme-free detergent. Can I use this detergent? Thank you and best regards
Hello Reviewer_2, thank you for your inquiry. The product is not completely enzyme-free. However, there are different enzymes. The Yvette mild detergent can be used without hesitation for textiles made of wool. If the diapers are made of other materials, we recommend that you ask the relevant diaper manufacturer or follow the care instructions on the label. We hope these lines help you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello M-Infoline team Thank you very much for your quick reply! The manufacturer recommends using enzyme-free detergent due to the very fine merino wool fabric. On the other hand, the enzymes could cause holes in the fabric. I am now confused, as you also mention merino wool among the intended uses. Best regards and thank you
Hello Reviewer_2, thank you for your feedback. In view of your description, we understand your confusion. We are happy to remedy this situation. There are different types of enzymes. Not all of them are suitable for cleaning fine tissue. However, as you rightly point out, the Yvette mild detergent is intended for merino wool, among other things. We have verified this by means of numerous tests. You can therefore use the product without hesitation. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can I leave out the fabric softener if I use this product?
Hello Flauffely, thank you for your message. Yvette mild detergent is a detergent for delicate textiles such as wool and silk. However, it is not a fabric softener. You can therefore not simply use Yvette mild detergent instead of a normal detergent and the addition of fabric softener. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

On the back of the Yvette Care liquid detergent it says that it can cause allergic reactions. I have not been able to find this information on other liquid detergents. Can you specify whether this is a specific ingredient or whether other detergents simply omit this information? Thank you very much!
Hello fabian_sigrist, thank you for your question. In Switzerland, a new labelling system (GHS - Global Harmonized System) was introduced in 2015, which is also applied to everyday products. In contrast to the old regulations, the products concerned are now assessed very carefully, which is associated with the corresponding new instructions and pictograms. It is particularly important that these refer to the original product and not to a ready-to-use mixture with water - as is the case with detergents, for example. However, this has not necessarily increased the danger of our products as such. Rather, we are constantly trying to make them milder and therefore more user-friendly in the interests of consumer protection and sustainability. The labeling according to the GHS with hazard symbols is still in the transition phase and therefore not yet available on all packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
