Hello, Has the recipe been changed? This is the second one I've eaten that I can't finish. The aftertaste is much too sweet. Really not good :(

You have informed us that for the second time you have noticed a change in the taste of our yogurt. We are very sorry that your experience with our product has not been impeccable. Naturally, we immediately consulted our specialist department, who informed us that no changes had been made to the recipe. What's more, we checked the reserve samples and found them to be of impeccable quality. We can therefore rule out a widespread problem.

Dear Migros, couldn't you bring the nutritional values down to 50-60 kcal per 100 grams like Coop does? Then I would find the product 100 times better. It would also be great if you could offer a few more (and more exciting) flavors.
Hello an7, thank you for your input! In order to reduce the calorie content to 50-60 kcal, sweeteners would have to be used instead of sugar. We would like to refrain from doing this with the You products. However, under M-Classic you will find two Skyr products that only contain a maximum of 52kcal per 100g and are sweetened with sucralose instead of sugar. Why was the "normal" yogurt vanilla from YOU(100kcal) taken out of the range?
Hello Mhhlecker, thank you for your inquiry. We are happy to provide you with the following information: In order to keep our range varied and attractive, we regularly review our product range. As part of these measures, we replace those items that are less popular with those that are in demand. Based on several customer feedbacks, we have decided to add the LC1 to our range. As space on our shelves is limited, other products will have to make way, and we are aware that such adjustments will disappoint those customers who enjoyed consuming YOU. Nevertheless, as already mentioned, our task is to constantly rethink our range and make room for new products. We ask for your understanding in this regard. Hello, I would like to know why 1. the packaging height is so high. The cup is only about 2/3 full. 2. I would like to know why there has to be an extra lid on the cup? Other products do just as well without one. In my opinion, the extra lid is just extra waste.

Hello cschnell, thank you very much for your post. This product was developed by our own industry. The mass is somewhat firmer and does not set immediately when filled. That's why the packaging has to be a little higher. The lid has two purposes: 1. the reclosability and 2. the production process is easier because you only have to use one aluminum plate. Hello Migros, why does it contain more than three times as much sugar per 100g (11g) as Coop's Skyr (3.3g)? Is there no better way? Greetings
Hi Flint4, thanks for your post. The 3.3g is the sugar content of the lactose. However, lactose does not taste sweet. Some products are artificially sweetened to make them sweeter. We have deliberately decided against this, as artificial sweeteners are controversial. We have therefore used natural sugar. A fruit quark that is not artificially sweetened has between 14g and 19g of sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
