Hello Why is the You Skyr Blueberry no longer available? The M Classic is nowhere near the same and doesn't taste the same. Are there any other flavors of You Skyr planned?
Hello Nadtipp, thank you for your question. We decided to offer a new line under the name "M-Classic Skyr". Unfortunately, our shelves are not as big as we would like, so we had to decide to discontinue some items. The new M-Classic Skyr is very similar to YOU. For this reason, the original version had to go. The new product contains sweetener, which could be the reason why you don't like it. Why is there so much sugar in it? Why didn't they use low/no calorie sweeteners?
Hello Jahuuu, thank you for your post. Basically, all skyr products contain a proportion of sugar, which is found in milk (lactose). However, lactose does not taste sweet, which is why it is common practice to make the products edible by sweetening them artificially with cane sugar or sweeteners. However, artificial sweeteners are controversial. We have therefore decided to sweeten the Skyr products with natural sugar. Compared to other quarks, however, this product has between 20-30% less total sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
