Our clarifications with the specialist department revealed that the production was carried out in accordance with the specified guidelines. Furthermore, there were no changes to the composition. Nevertheless, your experience allows us to draw clear conclusions. Compared to conventional bread, the product contains a lot of moisture. The latter is intended to ensure freshness, even after long storage. However, this also makes it more susceptible to fungal growth in warmer, humid temperatures. For a longer shelf life, it is therefore advisable to keep YOU protein bread in the fridge. Here's an additional tip from us, if you don't already know it: To prevent further mold, it is advisable to clean the storage area thoroughly with a vinegar rag. For some time now, the bread has been going moldy before the expiration date, unopened and stored in a dry place. I would ask you to check this as soon as possible. Something is wrong. Because it didn't used to be like this, only a few months ago! That's why I liked this bread so much.
