Hello jovi_maeder, thank you for your question. We're not sure which item you mean. We have the protein toasts for light bread. We do not carry/and did not carry any other product. In the case of this bread or another baked good, it would be clearly recognizable from the information on the packaging (product name, list of ingredients) if insect flour was added. The insect must be referred to by its scientific (Latin) and common name, both in the product description and in the list of ingredients. A possible example from a list of ingredients: "partially defatted powder from Acheta domesticus (cricket)". This information is supplemented with an allergy note ("People who are allergic to molluscs and crustaceans and/or house dust mites may have an allergic reaction to the consumption of insects"). Hello dear Migros The bread is very tasty and there is nothing wrong with it. Why does it have such useless packaging? The paper bag is so badly "glued" that grains fall out and make a mess in the cupboard. Can you please improve the packaging...thank you!

Hello DasBrot, thank you for your question. We are delighted that you like this bread so much. The bag construction is designed in such a way that the gluing does not extend across the entire width, but a small gap is left open at the side. This is so that no glue can enter the interior. This design is standardized and almost all European bag manufacturers work according to this principle. Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible to prevent some of the bread spread from falling out through the small gap. We have gladly taken your feedback on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I meant that the grains OUTSIDE THE WHOLE BREAD ARE UNNECESSARY!!! Because they always fall off!!! Unnecessary waste!!! Inside the bread they are of course very welcome!!!

I'm just looking at the number of calories I eat. Whereas the YOU protein roll has over 340 per 100g. Does the protein bread have less than 200 per 100 g. Did I miss something in the ingredients?

Hello PKG Federica is right, the You bread and the rolls have a different recipe, which has a corresponding effect on the nutritional values. Can Migros ensure that the ingredients come from reasonably sustainable production? Specifically: that soy was not produced in South America on illegally/hallegally cleared land?
