Great bread, well tolerated
Very good flourless and gluten-free bread
I actually really like this bread, since I have a lot of dietary restrictions, it would be incredibly great if it didn't contain apple cider vinegar and apple... Unfortunately, apple is not great for LOW FODMAP diets... Especially for people who don't have coeliac disease but can't tolerate foods containing gluten, it would be fantastic if there were foods without apple - as these are unfortunately very flatulent. Who knows.... a small ingredient change? White wine vinegar or rice vinegar are LOW FODMAP and do the trick ;-)
