It takes some getting used to at first, but if you like sourdough bread and rye bread with large seeds, you'll get your money's worth. The oat bread with seeds is very chewy, but also falls apart easily. Therefore not suitable for sandwiches. For hikes straight from the packaging, however, it's great with a piece of cheese or yoghurt or even cottage cheese with avocado. Delicious!

I actually really like this bread, as I have a lot of dietary restrictions, it would be incredibly great if it didn't contain apple cider vinegar.... Unfortunately, apple cider vinegar is not great for LOW FODMAP diets... otherwise: I like it!
