I really like it, the bread is very filling and tastes very good.
Tastes good, but too little salt - and unfortunately very crumbly.
Good for stock and for a change.
So far a good bread for a bit of variety with a clean ingredient list. Unfortunately, the price is not particularly attractive, especially because it's not even organic. The "YOU" brand doesn't really convince me. I hope that Alnatura will make something better, it would certainly cost a lot less and be organic.

It takes some getting used to at first, but if you like sourdough bread and rye bread with large seeds, you'll get your money's worth. The oat bread with seeds is very chewy, but also falls apart easily. Therefore not suitable for sandwiches. For hikes straight from the packaging, however, it's great with a piece of cheese or yoghurt or even cottage cheese with avocado. Delicious!
