Hello, this bread is not available anywhere I go (Lausanne, Crissier, Romanel). Do you know if it will be available again soon? Thank you!
Is the bread gluten-free, or made with gluten-free oatmeal?
Hello Hoppel
No, You Lower Carb bread is not gluten-free; it contains regular oats. Conventional oats are not suitable for people with celiac disease, as there is a relatively high risk of contamination with wheat and rye. Since oats (like wheat and rye) are classified as gluten-containing grains according to food legislation, there is no trace information on the packaging regarding these possible contaminants. Only oats that have been specially produced and are not contaminated with gluten-containing grains such as wheat, rye, etc. are suitable for people with celiac disease (see, for example, aha! Oatmeal https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/104263100000).

What is the shelf life of the bread once the pack has been opened?
Migros certainly can't give you an exact specification, it depends on how you store this bread after opening. I prefer a tin. The bread is still perfectly fine after 1-2 weeks.
Hello Novalle, thank you for your inquiry. The bread should be consumed within three to four days of opening. Here's another tip from us, if you don't already know it: You can also store the product well in the fridge. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
