Conventional oats are not suitable for people with celiac disease, as there is a relatively high risk of contamination with wheat and rye. Since oats (like wheat and rye) are classified as gluten-containing grains according to food legislation, there is no trace information on the packaging regarding these possible contaminants. Only oats that have been specially produced and are not contaminated with gluten-containing grains such as wheat, rye, etc. are suitable for people with celiac disease (see, for example, aha! What is the shelf life of the bread once the pack has been opened?
Migros certainly can't give you an exact specification, it depends on how you store this bread after opening. I prefer a tin. The bread is still perfectly fine after 1-2 weeks.
