the product does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and you should not expect any carry over. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared in the ingredients list, mentioning the cereals containing gluten (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.).In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the ingredients list, for example in bold or capital letters (e.g. wheat starch , WHEAT flour).
Any traces resulting from transfer during the manufacturing process should be indicated at the end of the ingredient list by a statement such as "may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten".
