For certain products, such as You jams, we choose English as it is appropriate for the brand. However, the nutritional values and ingredients are on the back in at least German and French. Thank you for the answer. Was apple and citrus used or just one of the two? I am asking specifically because of an allergy to anything that comes from pome and stone fruit (so including apple pectin).

Hello Serena155, You Konfitüre Erdbeere also contains pectin, including citrus peel. However, the manufacturer has informed us that this is a snapshot in time. A recipe change (e.g. from citrus pectin to apple pectin) is possible at any time. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
