Good, but thin
I think it's great that the jam contains little sugar but that they haven't tried to replicate the sweetness with sweetener. However, it is a little too thin and the shelf life after opening is simply not acceptable. It molds very quickly, which is not surprising as sugar preserves.

I've been looking for a while to find a jam that has more fruit than sugar. It tastes delicious and the price is reasonable.
Highly recommended, not too sugary, tastes like fresh apricots
Can only be kept in the fridge for a few weeks once opened.
