Dear Migros Why is the lentil spaghetti never available? :(
Hello dear Migros, is this product largely gluten-free or at least free of all but traces of gluten? I have coeliac disease and fortunately have no concerns or complaints about traces of gluten :-)
Good morning great12volYes, see answers at Mrsmarlpe65 Best regards Frederica
Hello great12vol, this product does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Therefore: Check the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). However, the product is not part of the allergy range and is not certified as gluten-free. Stricter regulations apply to gluten-free aha! products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, does the nutritional information refer to the cooked or the raw product? And does cooking change the fiber content of these products, for example? Thank you and best regards, Karin Mathier
Hello Eyerli, the nutritional information always refers to the product as you have it in front of you (e.g. rice, pasta etc. in its raw state), unless something else is mentioned (e.g. "100ml prepared contains..."). The nutritional value (incl. fiber content) of pasta does not change through cooking, except of course that the volume/weight increases due to the water absorption (depends on the cooking time). It is not labeled Aha but would be gluten-free after reading the ingredients. Is that correct?
Good morning @Mrsmarlpe65If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Accordingly: Pay attention to the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten". Spices are gluten-free by definition. Seasoning mixes may contain gluten, but this would then have to be declared (e.g. seasoning mix [with wheat starch]) Best regards Frederica
Hello Mrsmarlpe65 According to the list of ingredients, You lentil spaghetti does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, and there is no risk of gluten being carried over. It can therefore be assumed that the product is ideally suited to a gluten-free diet. However, unlike the aha! spaghetti, it is not certified gluten-free and does not carry a corresponding label. Products with the words "gluten-free" on the packaging, often in combination with the aha! seal of approval, meet particularly strict requirements and are regularly checked by Service Allergie Suisse, which is why they are particularly suitable for those affected.
