Hello, I really like the product because of its taste. Unfortunately, the tea bag has not proved itself! It has now broken several times and I have had the whole contents in my tea! Could you please pass this on? I am very unhappy with the quality of the bag.

Can you give us the lot number (usually starts with "L" or e are numbers and letters mixed together) and the best-before date of the tea? Hello SCN, thank you for the additional information. The supplier has checked the retention samples and production logs and could not find any deviations. If there is a fault with the machine, it stops fully automatically until the fault has been rectified. This would then be listed in the logs. Nevertheless, the entire filter paper feed system was dismantled and inspected last weekend. New bearings were fitted to the deflection rollers and the feeder, which could possibly be the cause. We hope that this is a one-off deviation in quality and that you will be able to enjoy your tea properly again in future. Otherwise, you are of course welcome to contact us again. As a tea lover, the quality of the tea bag is very important to me, but unfortunately this is not mentioned at all in the product description. Is it a net bag or a pressed, sealed tea bag? Thank you for your reply.
