Is the product gluten-free?

If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). Ingredients containing gluten must not be "hidden"! Traces due to possible carry-over in the production process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten").
