Very good, and considering how far away it is from Brazil and its organic quality, I think the price is fair. It contains no sugar, so everyone can sweeten it to their own taste. I break the frozen bag into three pieces on the edge of the kitchen counter, squeeze them out, and purée them with a hand blender. It works without any problems and gives a good consistency.
When thawed, it is liquid and tastes rancid and excessively bitter! Other reviews say that the product is difficult to squeeze out of the package. Ours was as liquid as water. Absolutely no puree. I can't imagine that this is how it's supposed to be. I will return the product to the store.

Tastes like cardboard dyed with purple dye. Edible when mixed with fruit, but tasteless. Unfortunately, it's a waste of money.
