I had Greek natural yoghurt for the first time today. Does it taste rather sour, is that normal?
Hello BaguetteHamster, thank you for your inquiry. We would be happy to make further inquiries for you. Please let us know if you are still in possession of the cup? If so, please let us know the best-before date and the batch number (a combination of numbers and letters). Both pieces of information are printed on the lid. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Uh... Nutritional values Fat 10.5g Product info below: fat-free Yes, what now?
Hello Schande, thank you very much for your attentive eye. The label "grease-free" is an error that should be rectified immediately. We have already informed the relevant specialist suppliers. Many thanks for your help. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I've just noticed this too: The product info says "fat-free" and then further down, in the nutritional information: 10.5 g fat per 100 g. Someone had reported the error 2 months ago, should be corrected "immediately".... But it's still there...
Hello Ptichka, thank you for your feedback. We have pointed this out to our specialist department again. Apparently the information was already revised online last time, but not on Migipedia. This has now been done. However, it may take a day or so for this to be visible. We hope that it has finally worked and will be visible as soon as possible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I ask myself every time M changes its packaging: Why do they do that? In 100 years, Coca-Cola has not made the kind of U-turns that M regularly does, they have always paid attention to the brand's recognition value, even when the colloquial trademark "Coke" was introduced, neither the bottle design nor the original lettering disappeared.
My suspicion: despite the arrival of German competition, M is still making too much profit, and this profit must - among other things - be burned up with these inexplicable brand changes due to an oversized in-house graphic design department so that it does not appear in the annual accounts.
Hello kisiibox Thank you for your frank comments. It is very difficult to compare a 130-year-old international brand with a 20-year-old Swiss retailer's own brand. We believe that the designs of our products need to be adapted to current trends and needs from time to time. In the case of this product, this is only the case after around 20 years on the market. This is a marketing decision to maintain the product range and brand. We don't want products to be forgotten because their design is outdated. Migros' own brands have to fight a little harder for attention than a world-famous brand such as Coca Cola. We hope our reasoning is understandable and wish you a happy Advent season. Best wishes from the M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, does this product still contain live cultures and therefore have a positive effect on my intestinal flora? Or do I have to use Bifidus products for this effect?
Hi Mike_M Every yogurt contains live bacteria, including Yogos cream yogurt. However, these are not the particularly effective "probiotic" bacteria (such as bifidus bacteria), but a normal yoghurt culture. Bifidus yoghurts are certainly the better choice for your intestinal flora. Either way: En Guete! Your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, what about fat-reduced Greek yogurts? Total is available in the Coop Megastores. It's a shame that it takes so long, but you can expand so quickly at Farmer Yoghurts
Hi mmoladi
Thank you for your comment - we really appreciate your opinion.
We have also noticed the trend towards Greek yogurt. There are currently two different understandings of Greek yogurt. In Europe, it has always been made in the style of our yogos, with lots of cream and therefore a high fat content. In the USA, there is a trend towards Greek yogurt with lots of protein and little fat.
We have analyzed this trend and are looking into whether we can include it in our range. However, no decision has yet been made. We ask for your understanding.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

was in manor yesterday they had a very large selection of "greek yogurts" also low fat
Guest
Why don't you take total into the assortment?
Guest
hello mmoladi,
that's exactly what i meant when i wrote about them in manor i hope migros takes over the brand too have a nice day :)))

Migros has its own yogurt manufacturer, ELSA. As far as I know, only yoghurt products from this manufacturer are available in the Migros chiller cabinet.
Why would Migros decide to include the TOTAL brand from the Greek company Fage in its range? Does this mean that its own Greek yogurts will disappear from the shelves?
@deactivated user
I've been buying http://www.lanzmilch.ch/rahmjogurt-hazal-1-kg.html Yoğurt from Lanz in Migros Aare ever since it became available. The yogurts from the Balkan Peninsula are all similar, as the countries were integrated into the Ottoman Empire.
Greetings

Matthomas: That's not true, Migros doesn't just have Elsa products in the chiller cabinet. You ask why Migros should include a different brand of Greek yogurt in its range. The answer is simple: because the quality is better.

@guest
Migros also has other regional yogurts in its range, that's right, under the label "From the region. For the region.". But in the national range?
Is the quality of TOTAl really so much better that it's worth carting these products over from Greece when we have so much milk here in Switzerland?
Guest
It is and tastes finer... Migros also sells Lanz (thanks to Istanbul) products and EMMI products (G. AARE and G. Luzern) in addition to ELSA products
Why shouldn't Migros dare to try a foreign brand in the yogurt segment?
Guest
The answer as to why TOTAL yogurts are not on the Migros shelves was provided by the M-Infoline 26 weeks ago - see below.
Hello mmoladi
Thank you for your suggestion.
Due to its structures, Migros only includes very few external brands in its range.
Total is currently not planned, but thank you for your input.
Have a nice afternoon and best regards from the M-Infoline team

Nothing against Yogos, but I wonder why the real Greek yogurt :TOTAL, is only available at LeShop...
Guest
This is because LeShop not only offers parts of the Migros range, but also other brands. In the dairy products section, for example, you can also order Müller yogurts. LeShop also sells alcoholic beverages, which Migros stores are not allowed to do. LeShop is not purely Migros. It has not always belonged to Migros.
Hello guest
Thank you very much for your comment. We are always happy to receive such feedback as it shows us what our customers want.
At the moment, the demand for this type of Greek yogurt is still relatively low. We have therefore not yet included it in our range. We will be happy to review the potential of these products again as part of the next product range analysis.
At the moment, we can't make any promises. And yet we appreciate good suggestions!
We hope for your understanding and wish you a colorful autumn season.

They have said that a low-fat version is not planned but it doesn't have to be that hard. In America and other countries there is this option, but in Switzerland it is almost impossible to find it. I think it would be very popular because Greek yogurts are now on the rise with their many desired nutritional values and because healthy eating and fitness is a big trend now. It doesn't necessarily have to be from the YOGOS company. Thank you :)
Hello haily11
Thank you for your message.
We can assure you that we have recognized the trend towards reduced-fat Greek yoghurt. We are working intensively with our suppliers on various recognizable trends. However, we are not yet able to give you any information about the launch of reduced-fat Greek yoghurt.
Your satisfaction is important to us! Your M-Infoline Team

A low-fat version would be great. Unfortunately, these are only available in the online store.
Guest
Yes, that's exactly what I've been looking for for a long time. Unfortunately, it's hardly available in Switzerland.
Hello guest
Thank you for your input, which we have passed on to the relevant specialist department.
The Yogos yoghurt line is characterized by the fact that it contains more fat than other yoghurts. This is what gives the product its creaminess and smoothness. The introduction of a reduced-fat version is therefore not planned at present.
