Are all cheeses pasteurized? Is it therefore safe to consume during pregnancy?
Good morning Utenute345, Feta Xenia is made from pasteurized sheep's milk (70%) and goat's milk (30%). However: the common recommendation to avoid consumption of raw milk and dairy products during pregnancy is too limited. In order to avoid listeriosis, certain dairy products should be avoided during pregnancy: raw milk and its derivatives (excluding hard and extra-hard cheese), soft and semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized milk (as a result of the ripening process, soft and semi-hard cheeses can be contaminated with listeria despite pasteurization), feta and blue cheese such as gorgonzola. Sincerely, Your M-Infoline Team

Why is it in the range? Seasonal!!!!
Hello indios, as the demand for this product is very high, we offer this feta all year round. However, we only offer other fetas every six months. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
