Every year again. I like them.
Not my new favorite sausage, but I don't think it's bad; spicy flavor, as others have already mentioned. Also good as a hot dog with spicy mustard, curry powder and a Peterli onion mix. In Austria they call it a Jägerbosner. 😃
Spicy and good game flavor that is not too dominant
Very delicately spicy, tastes good hot with various salads.
Brilliant sausage. Goes really well with kale (spring cabbage), North German style. Unfortunately I couldn't find it the last time I bought it.

Wild venison sausage. A hit as it is written in the book. Sausages are rarely tasty enough. So much so that they can easily be included in the hit parade. Otto S. Omlin junior
