Why is there more sugar in the whipped cream with the new spray can than in its predecessor? New 12% before 10% that is completely superfluous.
Hello sona, sorry for the late reply, the necessary clarifications unfortunately took longer than expected. The manufacturer has provided the following information: The granulated sugar content in the new recipe has been increased to 12%. However, the total sugar content in the old recipe was higher than it is now (currently 12g), at 13g/100 ml. This is because the new recipe does not contain dextrose and glucose syrup, which are also types of sugar.
We have suggested that the total sugar content be reduced further in the next recipe adjustment, if possible. However, as this product is a branded item, we unfortunately have only limited influence.
