Unbelievable! First, the parcel is delivered a day later than stated. Ok, I thought to myself. Not so bad. Then I unpack it and the product packaging actually says max. dimensions 130x160!!!! I had ordered 160x160! It also says so on the delivery bill. Now I can take care of returning this bulky parcel and probably spend hours dealing with support again until I get a replacement. Thank you, you really are the best!

Unfortunately, Windhager has not yet managed to link detailed installation instructions to the QR code, only the advertising page of the roller blinds is displayed. According to the label, detailed instructions are enclosed with the package, but by detailed I mean instructions with text with notes on what to observe and not just a few sketches. If the blinds are to be mounted on wood, this may be sufficient, but it is certainly not enough for clamp mounting on metal. At this price, you should be able to expect more.
Hello, I wanted to install an insect screen in my parents' vacation apartment today.... No installation instructions... QR code for the installation instructions does not work... I am a trained carpenter and spent more than 1/2 vacation days trying to install it. if the reveals are in the lead on all four sides, this can possibly be installed to some extent. Otherwise unusable. Where can I return the sh...? And who will pay for my lost vacation time!!!!

Cutting to size was a problem. Better to shorten 1-3 mm more. Before mounting on the roller box, attach the fastening provisionally so that you know how much it will take to avoid shortening it twice. It is easier if there are two of you when fitting. Tip: Putting the roller box and side guides together and mounting them this way is easier than attaching the roller box first and then the side guides. Clamps well. I can only recommend it if you have a small space requirement and currently only had 10 mm side overhang.
