The product is probably perfectly fine. Migros delivered it to a store for collection (delivery confirmed), issued a warranty card and invited me to review it three weeks later. But nobody wants to send me the collection code and so the product I paid for will continue to wait in the store for me to collect it. Migros support has not responded for weeks. There is no way to request the code again online. Does anyone have any good ideas? 24.06.2020: Problem could finally be solved. :-) The cleaning agent is recommended.
