Hello, Why is the fabric softener not the same as when it was new? The packaging is exactly the same as it was back then, but unfortunately the color and fragrance of the fabric softener are no longer the same. The liquid used to be light blue like the packaging. And the fragrance was very pleasant and very good. And now the scent is different. I don't understand the whole thing! If everything was great, why has it been changed and why is it not declared that it is no longer the same? Kind regards
Hello _wuscheli-89, thank you very much for your contribution. What a shame that you are not convinced by the fabric softener in this form! There has indeed been an adjustment to the recipe. We did this in order to be able to maintain the price. Unfortunately, the production costs shot up so much that we would have had to sell the product at a higher price without the changes we made. We wanted to avoid this. We are happy to take your suggestion regarding the declaration on board. We hope that these lines give you a better understanding of our motives. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Many thanks for the detailed feedback.

Shouldn't the fabric softener be in a liquid state? I have just added a little to the wash in the separate compartment, but it is a thick cream, is this correct?
Hi Stefan7, thanks for the question. The fabric softener should be liquid. External influences such as heat, cold or long storage may cause the fabric softener to become viscous. As long as it can be rinsed in, you can use it. If you decant the fabric softener into a bottle, it may be contaminated by bacteria.
We recommend that you do not expose the fabric softener to excessive temperature fluctuations or to temperatures that are constantly too cold or too warm.
We guarantee flawless goods for 24 months without external influences. You will find the production date on every pack. This is usually printed on the bottom of the packaging. For example, the numerical code looks like this: 0304 BD 12.
- The first two numbers stand for the month (in the example: March)
- The second number stands for the year (in the example: 2004)
- The letters stand for the date (in the example: B=2 and D=4)
or for new products:
102 ai 12
- 10 stands for the month of October
-2 means the year 2022
- ai stands for the 19th of the month, a=1 / i=9
-12 stands for the time 12:00 -12:59

Does this fabric softener contain animal content such as slaughterhouse waste?
Hello FelixHasler, thank you for your inquiry. All of our fabric softeners are free from animal ingredients. This is indicated on the packaging with the words "without animal ingredients"; there is no "vegan" pictogram. We now mark this with a crossed-out pig pictogram. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
