My first Weber barbecue When setting it up, you can already see how high quality the barbecue is. Everything looks very robust and stable. The sear zone is also great fun, especially in combination with an Igrill to monitor the core temperature. The only thing that bothers me personally is that there is no matching plancha for this barbecue. The GBS system on this grill is laid on the left, so the grill grates are different widths. The original reversible plancha and grill plate no. 7598 therefore do not fit as a replacement for the grill grate - either you put the plancha on top of the grill grate or have one made. Have fun grilling :-)
