Hello M-Infoline Team! I agree with init's statement. We have the same lot number. About 6 applications worked great... a clear moisturization was visible. Since then it has dried out and smells more extreme than at the beginning

My pen had dried out. I tried to reanimate it with water. The benefit is zero. Expensive product that's no good. What should I do?

Hello init, thank you for your feedback. The manufacturer has checked retained samples and could not detect any deviations. We would like to point out that the pen only releases a very small amount of liquid, which is difficult to see with the naked eye. Under no circumstances should the pen be moistened with water, as this dilutes the active ingredient and makes it less effective. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
