I bought it to try it out because sometimes gluten-free products don't taste great. But here everything is there, texture, taste, etc.

Taste is very similar to the gluten version! Good crunch and not bland or dry. Crumbles a little faster but doesn't bother. I think the quality is great. The packaging clearly states that it is gluten-free but it still looks the same. I am very satisfied with this product!
