Hello, unfortunately I often find it difficult to open the screw cap the first time. By lowering the cap, it's difficult to reach and it's hard to turn the cap. I am middle-aged and have no trouble with my hands, but I often wonder if I am the only one who has this problem. Is it possible to adjust the screw cap or the carton around it? Is this product completely alcohol-free and vegetarian? Is there any cross-contamination with alcohol or animal ingredients/slaughter fats?
Hello Acalyanur, the product only contains animal ingredients that originally come from milk. It is a dairy product made from whole milk (lacto-vegetarian). No rennet is added, but a microbial enzyme (lactase). No alcoholic substances are added. Cross-contamination with alcohol and/or other animal products can be ruled out. Because of the shelf life and also because of the daily requirement, a 500ml pack would be ideal. For most special milk products, 500ml packs are available. Will such a pack also be available soon for this product (whole milk lactose-free aha! IP-Suisse)? Thank you for the information.

Well, I think the closure is brilliant, better than the one where you have to finger out the closure ring, the ring usually tears and the pack is still closed.
They are easy for me to open.
