Hello Has this bread been taken out of the range? I was happy to buy it in the Balsthal branch and now it has suddenly disappeared.

In your wholemeal wholemeal bread, you mention in the ingredients: wheat wholemeal flour...wheat protein... Am I to understand that you are adding gluten to the gluten already contained in the wholemeal flour? If so, why? Thank you in advance for your explanations. Best regards jn duc

Is it correct that they have taken this super fine wholemeal bread out of their range? We were told this today in the Migros Buchs (MMM branch). We regret this decision, as it was our favorite bread in terms of size and taste.

The wholemeal bread I bought was TerraSuisse certified. Is this not always the case or why is it not displayed here under this label?
