This answer is simply not true! The bread has been around for over 20 years and it has always sold immediately! It was an excellent wholemeal bread! We ask for an equivalent replacement. So in 9500 Wil SG we don't have a single fresh wholemeal bread in our range. We really feel like we've been taken for a ride......

Low demand? I'm very surprised! It was always sold out quickly here too. Could it have to do with profit maximization? The new bread costs 4.375 for 500 grams and the M-Budget was 1.60 for years and recently 1.90 so less than half or in other words the alternative costs 230% more!!!

Unnecessary and stupid answer

You at infoline have no idea about nutrition! You can't offer rustic stone-baked bread as an alternative to wholemeal bread! Just leave it alone!

We assume that you are inferring from the nutritional information that the wholemeal country bread contains sugar. The term "of which sugar" in the nutritional information includes not only the added granulated sugar, but all mono- and disaccharides (simple and disaccharides) contained in a product, for example sucrose (white sugar), glucose (dextrose), fructose (fruit sugar), malt sugar (maltose) or lactose (milk sugar). If the term "of which sugar" appears in the nutritional information, this does not (only) refer to white household sugar, but to all the different types of sugar. In French and Italian, the plural forms - sucres and zuccheri - indicate that it is not a question of "sugar", but of the various types of sugar, added and/or naturally contained.
