The offer states "min. 2.9kg". However, a fully filled bag weighs a maximum of 2.5kg. Is this a spelling mistake and does it mean max 2.9kg?
Hello Bosa8413, thank you for your inquiry. 2.9 kg should fit in one bag. We tested this before the launch. However, pears, apples etc. are shaped differently. Depending on their nature, the discrepancies you describe may therefore occur. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are the cashiers under so much pressure that they are not allowed to accept a bag containing only apples (or only pears)? But clearly reprimand me as a customer and send me past the long queue to get a missing item? What would have happened if I had committed this unbelievable offense at the self-checkout?
Hello hms, thank you very much for your message. We can well understand your thoughts. For further clarification, please let us know the place of purchase. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Sorry, didn't mean to tattle...
Hello hms
We are sorry that you have received incorrect information. Of course, only one type of pome fruit may be filled into the vitamin bag.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
Thank you 🍏🍐

Are they bottled in the store?
It says: apples and pears with free vitamin bag, to fill yourself 🤷🏻♀️
There were already filled bags, hence my question
Hello Kafioma, you can fill the reusable bag with conventional pears and apples in the store and pay only CHF 6.95/bag. The promotion runs until and including 14.2.22. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
