Hello, how do I find out whether I should choose the higher (10cm) or the lower (8cm) version if I want to order the cushion online? Will it become flatter over time? Best regards

Hello, We have had this cushion since around May. It now stinks badly and I wanted to wash it, but it says here that it must not be washed? What does that mean? Best regards, Mira

Dear Migros specialist store team I know that you can wash the inner cover. But the cushion itself stinks. So I guess you just have to buy a new one? I didn't expect the pillow to stink so much after just six months (other pillows of ours don't stink as much or as quickly). And the fact that you can't wash the pillow and have to buy a new one is just not great. Best regards
