I've been waiting 5 weeks for delivery even though the product was marked as "available" in the webshop. According to the third delay e-mail, the total waiting time should be 6-7 weeks - if it is not extended again. This is an imposition and has little to do with customer service.

Unfortunately, we only realized too late that the cushion was made in China. As the delivery was delayed and we were traveling, it was unfortunately not possible to return the cushion. What a shame!!!
