The basic one is gentle, unlike another that claims to be and nearly burned my armpits after just 1 minute max, whereas the packaging says 3 minutes.
I used the cream on my legs. I am not entirely satisfied. Some of the hair is gone, but unfortunately not all of it. The taste of the cream is good. I can highly recommend the hair removal cream from "i am".
