Our carpet is extremely fluffy. Even after vacuuming 5 times. Is this normal or is it the case with other buyers?
With pile carpets, it is normal for small wool fibers to come loose in the first few months; this is an effect of the manufacturing process. Over time, the fibers solidify due to regular walking on the wool carpet, the more it is used, the faster. The fibres press into the carpet structure and compact the pile - minimizing fluffing.
