I would like to make about 50-60 pieces per order, but not possible. The maximum is 24 pieces? I need these for my restaurant. What should I do?
Hello Jimmytran, may we ask you to contact Migros Online directly? You can do this here. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Ordering for a restaurant online via Migros? In such a quantity 🤔🤔

Unfortunately, the milk often only has a shelf life of 2 days. I don't want to buy that because we need milk mainly for coffee, so I want a longer best-before date
UHT milk only keeps for 2 days? Can't be.
Hello Motzkuh, thank you for your message. Can you please provide us with the best-before date and the adjacent lot number of an affected carton to check your request? Please also let us know how you store the milk and, if possible, exact details (e.g. if in the fridge: where exactly and how many degrees the fridge has). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does this milk or milk in general contain additives (especially E338/E339)? I react to it and am looking for products that are effectively free of it, as it is sometimes still declared.

Hello karin_1991, Valflora Milk UHT IP-SUISSE does not contain any additives. However, milk and dairy products naturally contain phosphorus. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why has the packaging been given a square shape, it needs more packaging material and it is difficult to pour when the packaging is full, something often spills out.
Good evening beat1308 Don't pour with the opening facing downwards, but pour the other way round so that the opening is at the top - that way the milk comes out of the carton in a much more controlled way. Best regardsFrederica
Hello beat1308, the new, slimmer shape should make handling easier. The shape of the top (slightly slanted), together with the larger opening, also makes pouring and dosing easier. The new packaging is lighter than its predecessor. The opening for pouring should be towards the bottom. Due to the slope, we advise against pouring over the wide edge, as the milk will otherwise run out. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

When will this very good milk be available again in "spill-free" packaging in Migros Aare stores? See also "honest" customer reviews.

I don't know what you all have, I'm happy with the new cap.
Neither do I, I have no problems with it, completely fine.
Hello Seppi01, thank you for your message. We are sorry that the new format has caused you displeasure. We have changed the packaging for various reasons. However, it should not be the case that pouring leads to spillage of the milk. The slightly slanted shape of the top together with the larger opening is intended to make it easier to empty and dose the product. Based on your feedback, we will keep an eye on this issue. If necessary, we will be able to make improvements. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Artung !!! the arrangement of the bottle cap !!! a siphon forms at the first use... full of milk everywhere !!! less strong afterwards
Hello Olivier, thank you very much for your message. We are sorry to read that the milk has spread everywhere. So that we can carry out further analyses, please let us know the date of minimum durability and the batch number shown next to it on the milk packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
As an engineer, I've come up with an explanation: the current sizes are designed for delicate pouring of small quantities into small glasses. But pouring with a full milk carton, into a large empty bowl, is a more ample gesture, the flow is much greater, and a large air bubble ends up filling the void... liquid returns... SPLATCH!! ergonomic error solution: make very small gesture as if very small cup, despite large bowl!!!
Hi Olivier, thank you for your reply. The manufacturer informs us: Do not pour with the opening downwards, but the other way round, so that the opening is at the top - the milk comes out of the packaging in a much more controlled way. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, when is this milk expected to be available again at Migros Aare? It has been shown as unavailable for a week now.
Hello krill Valflora Milk UHT 1l is also available in all Migros Aare stores. However, this is listed under the article number 204016118000. As it is the article number for the whole container, it is not visible in the article query. Kind regards from your M-Infoline team

Good morning, I saw at Coop that the company Emmi now has a "closed* screw cap directly on the lid of its new milk, which means you no longer have to pull a tab, will Migros occasionally introduce something like this, thank you. As soon as a picture is available on the I.Net I will post it.
Hello lejonhjaerta, thank you for your suggestion. We are also currently looking into new closures. However, a changeover is associated with high investments. That's why we can only implement the project in the medium term. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, do you have milk for high cholesterol, etc. Thank you very much.
Hello Jacky1965 There is no milk that lowers cholesterol. Milk is not taboo in a low-cholesterol diet, but reduced-fat milk is preferable as the cholesterol content is lower compared to whole milk. Skimmed milk, such as our Léger Milk, contains no cholesterol. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

The milk is very good. However, with the last Leshop promotion (3x 4x1l) I had big problems opening more than 3/4 of the packs. After opening, you have to pull a seal away with your finger, unfortunately this is torn on 3/4 of all packs. (ring for opening). You then have to laboriously open it with a knife/scissors. Was/is this a production error? Couldn't you make a closure that opens the pack when you turn it, like allnatura?
. Hello seraph1976, we're sorry that you had such trouble opening the current milk packs! Do you perhaps have the batch numbers and best-before date of the packs concerned? This would allow us to check whether there is a problem with this batch. The lot number usually starts with an L or there is a mixture of letters and numbers. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
