Hello Gisflo, thank you very much for your feedback. We're very sorry that there are a number of points that give you cause for complaint. We would like to address them as follows.
At the beginning of June, we implemented a new system in order to further improve our processes: Unfortunately, this change has led to logistical challenges, which is why some dairy products are currently unavailable. Due to high demand and in combination with these logistical obstacles, isolated and temporary disruptions may occur.
At present, it is not possible to make any reliable statements about the duration of the problem. Our IT specialists are working hard to restore the situation as quickly as possible. Emergency measures such as replacement supplies, outsourcing and manual order picking have already been implemented.
Deliveries continue to take place despite the technical restrictions, as we ensure that deliveries are made on time and that production volumes are matched to delivery capacities.
It is not always possible to carry out actions involving only fresh products, as we unfortunately do not have the necessary quantities. This is why we reserve meat in advance and freeze it. We indicate this on the packaging with the words "defrosted, do not refreeze".
We can assure you that we use all three national languages wherever possible. The use of English, a very topical and widely-spoken language, is a way of saving space, which is often lacking for a trilingual version.
Product names, slogans, etc. may be "non-Swiss" when the product is sold in Switzerland. may be "non-Swiss" when space is at a premium and there is no other term that is perfectly understandable for all regions of the country, or when Anglicisms are common in a given sub-market. In other words, we endeavor to use English terms only if they are common to the target group, are assimilated in all three national languages, and are generally comprehensible. In any case, we ensure that mandatory product declarations are, as far as possible, written in three languages.
We hope you have found these explanations useful, and wish you a pleasant day. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
