Hello
I’ve also heard that this milk is supposed to be discontinued. Is that true? It’s still available now, but it wasn’t on sale anymore—only the milk drink was—which could be a sign of that. What are the plans for this milk?
Hello meerhai, thank you for your inquiry. Valflora UHT whole milk (3.5% fat) with item number 204016100000 remains part of our product range.
It appears there has been a misunderstanding. We have removed the "Valflora" brand UHT milk from our product range. As an alternative, we now offer the following pasteurized products:
- Valflora 1 L Past Drink 2.5%, item number 204012900000
- Valflora 1 L Past Whole Milk 3.5%, item number 204009000000
We hope this information is helpful to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Why is this milk being discontinued, but the more expensive version from Heidi is staying on the shelves?
Hello StimmeDerVernunft, thank you very much for your inquiry. The milk is currently in stock, as you can see from this link. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Grüezi Is there pork gelatine in this product in Valflora Milk UHT? Why can it be kept unopened at room temperature? Thank you in advance for your quick reply. Kind regards FZ
Hello bfd, with the exception of milk, the product does not contain any other ingredients or additives of animal origin.
The milk is preserved using the UHT process at much higher temperatures than with high pasteurization. It is heated to 135 to 155°C for a few seconds and immediately cooled down again. The milk is then sterile. At room temperature, it can be kept for between eight and twelve weeks.
High-pasteurization works at temperatures between 85 and 134°C and is thus rendered germ-free, meaning that it has a longer shelf life than "simply" pasteurized milk, but must still always be stored in the refrigerator (max. 5°C), even before opening. High-pasteurized milk and UHT milk should also be kept in the fridge after opening. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
