On 15.3.2021, a permanently cheaper message was made for this product with a new price of CHF 2.50. Now it is CHF 2.60 as before, what about the permanently cheaper promise?
Migros cannot see into the future, but everyone must now understand that the current economic situation has generally made food and many other non-food products more expensive.
Hello seraph1976, thank you for your inquiry. Rhyfalllforelle is right: prices for raw materials and energy are currently rising in many parts of the world, including Switzerland. The main reasons for this are a global shortage of certain raw materials and problems in the supply chains. Both factors are related to the effects and after-effects of the coronavirus pandemic and the war in Ukraine. The price increases are also being felt by Swiss milk producers, who now have to pay more for animal feed, energy and machinery. The milk industry organization (BOM) has therefore decided to increase the milk price. Although Migros is not a member of the BOM, it has also increased the milk price for its suppliers. We cannot bear these higher prices ourselves because we also have to buy many other products more expensively. We are therefore passing on at least part of the price increase to our customers. Of course, we are constantly monitoring the market situation. If conditions permit, we will make the necessary adjustments. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why have you suddenly taken the Léger semi-cream out of the range? There is nothing comparable with low calories! Please at least inform the customers beforehand, e.g. with a notice on the shelf.
Hello Zimt1, thank you for your inquiry about M-Classic half cream UHT lactose-free. Unfortunately, we noticed that there was hardly any demand for this product, which is why we have removed it from our range. As a replacement, we recommend the aha! half cream lactose-free. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Well, I'm also missing a lactose-free half cream, I don't know whether it was Legère or not. But in any case: light blue packaging (lightly striped) and importantly: with a screw cap. - SUPER practical and was mega tasty!!! - Why do such good products just disappear like that? - Especially for lactose intolerant people, it's really annoying when something good just disappears. ... and the Aha cream is no longer so fine.
Hello Clarissia, thank you for your question. Adjusting our product range is always a balancing act for us. We can assure you that we examine such a decision carefully. One of Migros' tasks is to monitor market developments and identify new trends. In addition, space on our shelves is limited, so we have to look very carefully at which products we offer where. There are currently no plans to reintroduce M-Classic half-cream lactose-free. However, we have gladly placed your request with the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, why does the small half cream cost 1.20 and the large (x2) 2.45? Doesn't that make sense?
Sali EEnergy Thank you for your question. With generic products (e.g. cream) it is often the case that the packaging and the higher quantity also cost more in terms of production and logistics. This means that the 500ml half cream is 5Rp. more expensive. The fact that the 500ml full cream is the same price as the 250ml full cream has to do with the following: There are some items in the entire range that are in the so-called shopping basket. These products are always at price parity with comparable items from competitors. This means that if a competitor raises or lowers the price for any reason, we do the same and vice versa. We hope this information has been helpful to you and wish you a pleasant day. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Hello, I would like to know what is the shelf life of Valfora UHT half-cream? I opened a 250 ml briquette about 4 weeks ago. It still seems edible, but I'm still a little hesitant to use it.
Thank you and best regards.

How do you do?
We only guarantee the quality of the products until the M-Data. Moreover, this period only concerns the closed product. We are therefore unable to tell you whether your Valflora half-cream is still consumable or not.
