Why does 2.5% milk drink claim 2.7% fat matter?
Why does uht drink milk come in the same packaging as high pasteurized milk? I was fooled, it was in the fridge, it went in the trash 🤮
Hello Chantami, and thank you for your feedback. We fully understand your dissatisfaction. We would be happy to take advantage of your request to optimize both packages. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is this milk never in action? The "UHT" milk is regularly reduced, but not the "Past"...is there a particular reason for this?
Hello JaPo, thank you for your question. The high-pasteurized milk must be refrigerated and has a shorter shelf life. We don't have room for promotions in the cooler. It is also less attractive for our customers as the milk does not keep for long. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hochpast Milch Drink has not been available in Rheinpark, Rheineck or Thal for a few days now. Has this product been removed from the range?
Guest
I haven't been able to get them in Chur for a few days now either, the "store search" only shows them available from Walenstadr.
Unfortunately, demand for this milk was too low, which is why it was removed from the range. Wherever possible, we use products from the region. As an alternative, we recommend the CoR milk drink Past (Tetra 1 liter). your M-Infoline Team

@M-Infoline, so that's not true, it was always very good where I shop everywhere in Chur, by the way, you have thrown out the milk here https://produkte.migros.ch/valflora-milch-hoch-past in Migros Ringstr. 😒 😞 (it would be very nice if you replaced it in Migi Ringstross) and replaced it with the "blue" one mentioned above, in addition you increased the price of both from 1.25 to 1.30 at the beginning of this month "Why actually" Many people have less and less money at their disposal. By the way, which "CoR-Milk-Drink Past" do you mean exactly that when you search for it, it shows me 39 types of milk https://produkte.migros.ch/sortiment/supermarkt/lebensmittel/milchprodukte-eier/milch-milchgetraenke/pasteurisierte-milch , which cost between -.30 and -.60 centimes more per bottle, which makes it massively more expensive not only for people like me and families, and you need a lot more space in the fridge and then have to dispose of it again.↵↵What happened to the Migros and the slogan "D Migros ghört da Lüüt" dr guati Dutti would turn in his grave if he knew so many things. 😒 😞 😔 😟 😕 🙁
Hello rollimaus, we were happy to check with the relevant specialist department. Hochpast Vollmilch does not stock Ringstrasse, as the branch has listed local Chur milk. As already mentioned, we promote regional suppliers wherever possible: https://churermilch.ch/. In Switzerland, the milk price was increased from 01.01.21, as milk processors are paid a higher price. An inexpensive alternative would otherwise be Valflora milk UHT 1l (204016100000) or M-Budget milk UHT 2l (204015800000). The CoR alternative is the CoR milk drink Past 204011100100. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

It's such a shame that milk is now only available from "Glarus", I don't understand that you have to do without more and more tried and tested and good products, I'm really fed up, because of vegans/vegetarians we "normal eaters" have to do without more and more old and good products. 😒 😞 😔 😠
Hello rollimaus, as already described, we have regional alternatives in our range instead of the Valflora Drink Hoch Past. We therefore recommend the CoR milk drink Past (article number 204011100100). Valflora Milk UHT 1l and M-Budget Milk UHT 2l are also still available. As space on our shelves is limited, we regularly review the range. Where possible, we give more weight to regional products and suppliers, which is why we no longer have Valflora Drink Hoch Past in our range. We are aware that this milk was highly appreciated by some customers, but as you rightly describe, we also need space for new products. We hope you will understand. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why has the packaging been changed? I find this spout very impractical and I also think it was much easier to open before - with scissors. With this new closure, either milk spills out when you first open it or you have milk on your fingers. Also, with this spout I always have the feeling that the carton can't be emptied completely. I wish I had the old milk carton back!
Thank you for your message, dabudue. We introduced the cap in response to various customer feedback. Thanks to the cap, the milk can be resealed after it has been opened for the first time. This helps us to avoid food waste. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
