I always buy the smaller 250ml bottle (single-person household). It hasn't been on the shelves for weeks (Basel area). It's also disappeared from the website. Has it been discontinued?
Coop still carries this size; I don’t like the Léger version.
Hello Strohfeuer, thank you for your post. We’re sorry that you’re currently unable to find the 250 ml coffee cream. The supply shortage is due to an upcoming change at our supplier. This is currently causing a disruption in the supply of Valflora 250 ml coffee cream. The product will be available again as usual starting in mid-April. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
It's good to hear that it's just a "delivery delay"!
On the downside: The delivery interruption isn’t listed in the store (Gartenstadt Münchenstein, Muttenz Dorf) or on the website. Even worse: the product simply disappears from the website. Even a discontinued product should remain on the website for a while with a corresponding note. Thank you for your attention.

Is the smaller coffee and cream bottle (I think 1/4 l) no longer available? It was ideal for cooking (wiche, casseroles etc.)! Is it simply that you have to pay more, no matter if you have to tip the rest away? Greetings
There was a delivery interruption on the shelf.
Hi zuendy, thank you for your inquiry. There were delivery problems with this product, which have since been resolved. The goods will be delivered on a rolling basis. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I'm glad about that. Thanks for the info.

Hello Migros has now switched to IPSuisse for milk. Why not for coffee cream?
Hello Rolf_Suter, thank you very much for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we have only been able to convert part of the cream to IP-Suisse so far. The raw material is rather scarce, so we have to buy it in. We are therefore unable to label the product accordingly. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you!

I have also repeatedly noticed that it drips after pouring and runs down the bottle. As other people have already mentioned, my fingers, the table and the fridge are then full of coffee cream. So it's probably a problem with the bottle...... not that I'm incapable of "handling" such a bottle ;-)
Dear guest
Thank you very much for your feedback.
We have already identified the problem and are working hard to find a solution. However, this will take time. Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Dear Valflora
Like other coffee cream manufacturers (packaging suppliers), the tin is a disaster. Every time it is poured out, the whole tin and the table, the fingers and everything is full of coffee cream. It's amazing that with today's technology, drip-proof packaging is not available.
Hello guest
Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.
The bottle manufacturer's development department is already working on a solution. We ask for your patience.
Thank you for your understanding. Best regards from the M-Infoline team
