I have always wondered what is in coffee cream, since it is not a naturally occurring food or ingredient. On the package of spaghetti, under ingredients it does not say "spaghetti" or "pasta," but wheat flour water, salt... Could you please explain what the ingredients of coffee creamer are?
Hi StefaniaMalli, we forwarded your request to our industry and received the following information. The coffee creamer has the following ingredients: (coffee creamer (15% fat) (CH), stabilizers: potassium phosphates and polyphosphates). Best regards, your M-Infoline team.
Thank you for your answer, but there was no need to turn my question to your industry, as the answer received can also be read on the packaging of coffee cream: "coffee cream (15% fat) (CH) and stabilizers (potassium phosphates and polyphosphates) ;) My question remains the same: what is the ingredient "coffee cream" made of? No animal produces cream for coffee, just as "cream for coffee" can be extracted from no plant. For people with allergies or who cannot or do not want to eat a certain food, it is not possible to tell whether there is for example cow's milk, milk from other animals, cereals, traces of nuts, food derived from pigs or other animals, what fats... I thank you in advance for a clear answer.
Hi StefaniaMalli, thanks for the request for clarification. Contrary to rumors, coffee cream does not contain lard. Only milk fat is used for coffee cream and all other cream products. Coffee cream is Swiss UHT cream with at least 15 percent milk fat. Swiss milk is skimmed in a centrifuge and subjected to a UHT procedure for longer shelf life. The procedure involves heating the cream for a few seconds at 150°C and then cooling it immediately afterwards. The cream meets the requirements of the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) Ordinance on Foodstuffs of Animal Origin: Section 6: Cream / Article 70 Fat content categories: The following fat content categories are applicable to cream: a. "half cream "or "coffee cream": at least 150 g of milk fat per kg. We hope we have answered your question with this information. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

Hello, I have the same problem with the bottle! When it is open, the coffee cream runs down the bottle via the lid! The almost identical bottle from Coop doesn't cause any problems! But I think they have a different cap, or different material for the bottle? It's annoying when you go shopping at Migros and have to buy extra coffee cream at the Coop! Please compare the bottles with each other, screw cap, material properties?
Kind regards
A. Ulrich
Hello guest
Thank you for your message. We are sorry that you experienced inconvenience with the coffee machine.
We have had some of our retained samples from various productions checked for leaks by our supplier. This means that we have emptied and cleaned some coffee cream bottles, then refilled them and then resealed them with the original cap. These bottles were stored upside down without any coffee cream leaking out.
Once opened, the coffee cream bottle should be stored upright in the refrigerator. Once the aluminum lid has been removed, it is not advisable to store the bottle upside down, as the seal is not completely tight.
However, we can already inform you that a possible change to the closure is currently being worked on.
We wish you a good time.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

We also notice time and again that the lid does not close properly, i.e. that coffee cream runs out when the bottle is tilted. (not from the opening but from the screw cap) This is very annoying.
Hello guest
We are sorry that our coffee cream is causing you problems.
So that we can check the matter, we need your bottle for examination. Can you send it to us rinsed to the following address?

Right, Migipedia is of no use at all. If you complain or have really good and healthy suggestions, they are rejected or we are given justifications or explanations that are not true at all (e.g. milk powder, etc.).
No point, just change supermarket..........
Hello guest
Thank you for your comment. We're sorry if we gave the impression that we don't take your feedback seriously.
We assure you that your satisfaction is important to us. The product managers are always informed about your feedback and many products have already been developed, changed or reintroduced to the range with the help of Migipedia.
For example, with your help we have introduced Mojito Syrup and Mojito Toothpaste, Hagelslag, Vanilla Coke and Swiss Chilbi Glacé, reversed the recipe for Léger Choco Drink, adjusted the quality of M-Budget toilet and household paper and dog bags and added the limited editions Farmer Soft Brownie and Farmer Croc roasted almonds to our permanent range.
Nevertheless, we are not always able to implement every suggestion, although we do our best to do so. We hope that you can understand this. Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Dear people from the Infoline, the whole of Switzerland now knows that your coffee cream packaging spills after the first opening (and that the bottle turns in the label when you try to tighten the screw cap properly), only your experts (who, by the way, use the dialect version "rünnen" for the correct verb "rinnen") don't want to admit it. What's the point of this Migipedia if you don't take the feedback seriously?
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback. We assure you that we take every customer concern very seriously.
We sell several thousand bottles of Valflora coffee cream every month and only receive isolated negative feedback regarding the packaging that runs. After each complaint, we check the corresponding return samples. So far, none of the bottles tested have leaked liquid.
We would really like to get to the bottom of this problem and find an optimization with the manufacturer. However, this is only possible if we can identify the fault. We are therefore dependent on your help. We have mentioned this every time. To date, however, we have not yet received a defective bottle for analysis.
We therefore ask you to send us the next leaking bottle to the following address or hand it in to your store's customer service department free of charge:
Federation of Migros Cooperatives
M-Infoline/ IN_1249502
Limmatstrasse 152

It is very important that you enclose or affix a packing slip with your reference number IN_1249502 to the sample so that no important information about your request is lost.
We hope to receive a bottle from you soon and wish you a relaxing weekend in the meantime.
Best regards

Good day
Yes, this coffee cream spills. And I reported this years ago. And the coffee cream from the Coop doesn't spill. And it's only because Migros is near me that I still buy it. And it usually only spills after a while, often only when it's almost empty. And we fly to the moon, but can't make a leak-proof coffee cream pack... And you can see the "mess" in the picture. And I can provide more pictures.
Greetings
Hello Caffolter
Thank you very much for your contribution.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the packaging.
We have already received other complaints about the packaging being green. We have carried out various tests based on these. We shook the bottles, opened them, shook them again, turned them upside down and tried everything imaginable. However, the bottles have never run red.
However, you are welcome to send the coffee cream bottle to us for testing or return it free of charge to any Migros customer service point.

The coffee cream still spills out from under the lid. After 2 1/2 years, this has still not improved. Does an observer or Kassensturz really always have to take action first to make a difference?
Hello guest

The coffee cream is perfect, but the packaging makes me shake my head every time. Why does coffee cream always drip out of it, no matter how hard you try? Denner has exactly the same bottle, but it hardly drips at all.

Hello Infoline team
Thank you for your reply. I have also heard several times from friends that they also have this problem. In my case, the coffee cream usually drips out from somewhere under the lid after pouring, probably under the plastic label. You can usually only see the mess after a while, when the bottle is in the fridge or on the table. You can't see anything on the outside - so unfortunately I can't provide any photos.
Thanks and best regards

Hello
I can agree with Guest's experience. I am constantly annoyed by the quality of the bottle and the lid. After use, there's a "ripple" between the screwed-on lid and the bottle. And sometimes with a delay, as if something had collected in the thread of the bottle and was leaking after a delay. And the amount is not insignificant. I have already tried everything (screwing the cap tight, cleaning the thread...). This is not an isolated case for me, but the rule. In my experience, the "identical" coffee cream bottle from Coop does not have this problem. Please Infoline team, take up this matter again and pass it on to the responsible PM.
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
We occasionally receive feedback that the bottles do not seal tightly. Based on this feedback, we have tested various return samples as well as new bottles delivered by the supplier. However, we were unable to detect the defect with the cream leaking out of any of the bottles. It is therefore difficult for us to determine the cause.
If you notice this defect again, please send us exactly this bottle including the lid and, if possible, the aluminum foil to the following address so that the manufacturer can check the matter carefully.
