The ordering process was good, the bed arrived within the specified delivery time. When setting up the bed, one seam of the underbed was already damaged. After I reported this, it was replaced (which was arranged really quickly). It will take some time, but I don't know when it will arrive. What I don't like is that we organized a car to pick it up. Now we have to do it all again and bring the damaged bed back and get the new one. I would have appreciated an accommodating delivery in this case. Otherwise, the bed is good. Just very soft, which is certainly not for everyone. My daughter has now changed the topper and it's perfect.

The delivery man refused to help me carry the bed to the 2nd floor, he was very mean. The bed looks good, assembly is quite easy.

The delivery was uniquely good!!! They helped us to transport the bed to the children's room on the top floor via the spiral staircase. It was a real challenge, but it worked out wonderfully!!! The bed fully meets our expectations! It looks classically beautiful, has a high-quality finish and is super comfortable! The mattress is also on the softer side for me...but still super comfortable! Thank you very much!

We opted for the petrol color and find the bed not only beautiful but also super comfortable to sleep in. However, the mattress/top is soft rather than medium-hard. The delivery service and assembly were impeccable!

My daughter sleeps like a log in them. The mattresses would be too soft for me, but a dream for her. Fast delivery, well packaged, easy to assemble.
