Super functional. Very practical and protected from the heat.
I poured a hot soup into the cup this morning at around 7 a.m.; unfortunately, by 12 noon it was only lukewarm. The promise that the drinks will stay warm for hours is unfortunately not true. For this reason, it does not fulfill its purpose.
