Hello LBerset, V-Love Amande products contain - and this has been proven - no lactose or milk proteins, as indicated on the packaging. This is why they are certified vegan. Lactic acid bacteria are lactic in name only, as is lactic acid, which these tiny organisms produce when they break down carbohydrates. Of course, we know lactic acid bacteria primarily for their role in the production of yoghurt from cow's milk. However, they can also break down the carbohydrates found in soya "milk", coconut "milk" or almond "milk". The products are therefore also suitable for people with dairy allergies. From a pleasant mocha brown to green and white, which no longer has anything to do with almonds, mocha or yoghurt substitutes? Similar to the natural coconut from exotic fresh azure blue to bland white with speckles... A pity about the hours invested in marketing.
