Since I need to make sure I get enough calcium in my diet, I would like to know how much calcium this product contains, if this has been studied.
Hello Earlybird_1, unfortunately we cannot provide any information on the calcium content of the "V-Love Vegetable Triangle", as this value is not determined analytically as standard. Based on the list of ingredients, it can be estimated that the product does not have a particularly high calcium content. Very good sources of calcium are milk and dairy products or, in the case of a vegan diet, products fortified with calcium such as the "V-Love Oat Drink Calcium". Mineral water with a high calcium content (at least 300 mg calcium per liter) can also help to cover your calcium requirements more easily (e.g. with "Aproz Mineral Water"). Grüezi V-Love items are currently on promotion with a 20% discount. I wanted to buy these Vegetable Triangle (Fr. 2.80) at the reduced price (expiration date tomorrow). On the orange reduced price label was the non-promotional price Fr. 3.50, minus 25% reduced, new Fr. 2.65. How can it be that the promotional price minus 25% is not used. I was given this information at the customer service desk. So I'm being penalized if I take care of food waste here and only pay 15 Rp less than the 'fresher' item? I then put it back.

However, make sure that the Migros date has not yet been exceeded and do not keep the product in the freezer for longer than two to three months, as the quality will deteriorate over time, even in the freezer.
